Services
Pay Per Hour Personal Assistants and Virtual Assistants
Need some assistance, but don’t want a full-time PA? Our no-contract hourly service allows you to get all the benefits of a full-time PA, when you need it. Either remotely or in person, we can take your unwanted tasks from you and ensure they’re completed to the highest of standards. Whether it’s email management and expenses, or simply sending thank you cards to clients, we know how know important each job assigned to us is, and don’t waver in our customer service at any point.
Property Management
We know just how time-consuming managing properties can be, so let us take this off your hands. Whether it’s your primary property or otherwise, we can hold keys on your behalf, liaise with estate agents, cleaners or contractors, or just simply ensure the property is self-sufficient. We also have experience in checking on pets and taking stock inventories in your store cupboards, so you never have to go without that glass of Merlot if you fancy one.
Bookkeeping/Accounts
We regularly take on the vital financial administration for our clients, and are experienced in credit control, managing and creating cash flows, raising invoices and chasing payments, completing VAT returns, end of year accounts, tax returns and implementing invoicing schedules. There’s not much we’re not used to doing, but rest assured, if it’s not in our expertise, we have access to experts who can lead you in the right direction.
Home Office / Paperwork
It’s not only the office environment we can help out in, but if you work from home, we can visit and take away those jobs you’ve been putting off. In the past we’ve done everything from organising paperwork (often by the box load!) thematically and chronologically, to uploading business card details, and arranging systems for your filing.
Travel Management
We have extensive experience in booking travel all over the globe. Whether simply booking a courier or arranging taxis, or chartering boats and private jets, we not only have the contacts, but also the experience to get you the best rates. Moreover, we ensure all itineraries are personalised, and ensure your preferences are taken care of, whether that’s a particular airline you prefer to travel with,or your preferred seat on the train.
Bookings and Reservations
Does the word ‘concierge’ make you shudder? Yes? It does us too! Quite simply, if there’s a booking or reservation you want, we’ll get it done. We have vast contacts in the worlds of sport, entertainment, food and drink, and travel, and like to think there’s not much we can’t do in this respect.
House Moves
Moving home is famously stressful, so let us take the pain and worry away from the process. From your offer being accepted, to moving day, we can take care of everything, from the logistics of physically moving your possessions, to ensuring all documentation (like banking and driving licences) are amended.
Event Management and Party Planning
From the idea to the delivery, we have experience in putting on all kinds of events and working to strict deadlines and budgets. Our experience includes children’s parties, charity golf days, A-list gala dinners and everything in between.

Kerry Robinson
Having spent several years in in-house roles working directly with CEO’s, managing directors and high-profile and high-net-worth individuals, Kerry has vast experience in dealing with even the most complex and obscure tasks. Prior to co-founding The Online Assistants, Kerry was Executive Assistant to the CEO of one of the UK’s leading talent management agencies, working alongside numerous leading names from the worlds of sport and entertainment, many of whom she continues to work with to this day.
Her distinguished roster of private individuals, sports personalities, broadcasters and entrepreneurs ensures she always has her ear to the ground for the exclusive contacts and the hottest trends, providing her clients with the most exemplary service. She began her career in the sporting sector assisted managing a hugely-successful commercial franchise, having previously spent several years working with private families, where she’d be responsible for helping take care of children and ensuring all domestic management services were completed efficiently.
